Customer Service Executive – Inbound Process

Location:
Pune – Market Yard, Dhankawadi, Katraj, Ambegaon BK, Dhayari, Hadapsar, Yerwada, Shivaji Nagar

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls and other communication platforms

Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers

Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction

Work from office as per business requirements

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication when required

Qualification:

Minimum HSC

Graduation not required

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills:

Fluent English and Marathi

Customer service handling

Inbound/Outbound calling

Problem solving and communication skills

Salary:
CTC 18500 per month
In hand 14500 per month
